Enclave, an organization specializing in development, construction, and property management, announced they would officially be taking residence in their newly built home office on March 1.

Designed, developed, constructed, and managed by Enclave, the 86,200 SF building includes three stories of modern office space, expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, and underground parking. The carefully selected site and previous Rustad farmstead is rich in history dating back to 1877. The building’s design includes an organic and natural material palette that complements the agrarian landscape.
“The open layout, collaborative work areas, and advanced technology help foster a team-driven atmosphere,” said Austin Morris, Co-Founder of Enclave. “A people-first organization, the office was designed with their experience in mind and embodies what it means to create dynamic spaces where people can do their best work.”
Conveniently located off I-94 and Veterans Boulevard, the new location will bring over 200 employees across three organizations into one space. Enclave will occupy the entire third floor, with KLJ Engineering occupying the first floor and part of second. Additional space is available for lease on the second floor of 300 Enclave.
