Currently, there are no available two-bedroom units at Alumni Lofts. By submitting your application, you will be added to our reservation list and notified as soon as a unit becomes available.

If you wish to apply for a two-bedroom apartment at Alumni Lofts, please complete the online application and submit a $100 non-refundable application fee, payable by credit card at the conclusion of the application.

Reservation List Terms & Process
Non-Refundable Application Fee – A $100 fee is required upon application submission. Your place on the waitlist is not secured until payment is received.

Priority Selection – As a waitlist member, you will have the opportunity to select an available apartment before units are offered to the general public.

Availability Timeline – Openings vary, with most leases expiring between May and August. We typically receive 60-day notice before a unit becomes available.

Securing Your Apartment – Once you choose a unit, you must submit your application and pay the security deposit within one business day.

The $100 waitlist fee converts to your application fee.
A $600 security deposit is required and can be paid online.
Approval Requirements – Move-in eligibility is subject to:

Income verification (easily uploaded as a PDF attachment with your application).
Credit and criminal background check.
Move-In Timeline – Once available, an apartment can be held for a maximum of 14 days from the last move-out date to your lease start date.
